This new award will recognise and honour exceptional achievements in the field of lighting design. Awards will be presented for different categories. Award winners may be lighting designers, architects, light artists, researchers, private or public clients, or manufacturers.
A committee of specialists from the lighting world will nominate potential candidates for the award and select the winners.

4. Education/research	€ 5 000
5. Daylighting and/or health concept	€ 5 000
6. Award-at-large for architect, client, lighting artist, (council) authorities
7. Best partner in the lighting industry
